Senior Sales & Operations Executive

Private Jet Charter and Aircraft Management Company is looking for Senior Sales & Operations Executive to become a part of sales team based in Malta.
  
Our client is an approved AOC company with its home base in Malta, forming a part of the bigger Group, and has commercial offices in Brussels, Dubai, Geneva, and Luxembourg. It was founded in 2008, and since that time has continually evolved and developed its business aviation activities. The Company offers trusted, experienced, and independent asset-management-like services for business aircraft owners with flexibility, transparency, and discretion.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to the flight quotations via Avinode
• Working with sales tools (Leon, Skylegs, etc)
• Approaching the clients, selling the charter flights
• Performing dispatch functions including flight planning to ensure that all flights are dispatched in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Crew controlling responsibilities
• Ground operations management
• Additional ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the management

Profile:

• Excellent communication skills (especially, with VIP clients)
• Experience with heavy jets (ideally, with such aircraft types as: long-range Bombardier Global 6000, medium-range Bombardier Challenger 605)
• Deep knowledge of the business aviation industry
• Experience with the following systems is considered as advantage: Avinode, Leon, PPS, APG, Skylegs, FL3XX
• Background in flight operations (e.g. flight dispatch and crew controlling functions) is the advantage as well
• Education in marketing / economics or related field will be considered as advantageous
• Willing to relocate (job is hybrid, but Malta-based)
