Compliance Monitoring Auditor

Our client is a Malta-based EASA licenced air operator focused on commercial scheduled flights, charter and cargo services, aircraft management and CAMO services, expeditionary mission, and aero-medical services.
 
The Company is actively looking for skilled Compliance Monitoring Auditor. The ideal candidate will take charge of the Company’s annual auditing programme that covers Part AOC, Part M and Part CAMO. 
 

Duties:

• Perform independent inspections and audits that form part of the Compliance monitoring plan
• Produce audit reports and ensure that any non-compliance is taken care of within a set target date
• Liaise effectively with the Nominated Persons and Postholders of the Company, as well as with the required authorities.
• Maintain regular EU regulation and documentation update reviews.
• Report to the Compliance Managers for Flight Ops & CAMO on a regular basis
• Follow-up of internal and external findings.

 
Applicants must have:

• Attended a recent auditor’s training course (relevant certificates must be submitted at application stage)
• Knowledge of EASA EU OPS regulations
• Knowledge of EASA Part CAMO, Part M & Part 145 regulations
• IT proficiency, including an excellent command of Microsoft Outlook tools
• Knowledge of data analysis
• Must demonstrate tact and effective communication skills especially when conducting audits
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken and written English language
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Ability to use the Centrik system would be considered an asset.

 
A minimum of 2 reference letters from previous employers must be submitted at application stage, as well as copies of all relevant certificates.
