As the Company continues to expand, we're on the lookout for an exceptional Finance Manager to complement its team.
Responsibilities
As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our success by:
- Responsible for the day-to-day duties related to the accounts department working closing with the Company's bookkeeper.
- Managing all bookkeeping transactions including reconciling and processing orders, invoices, receipts, bank statements, debtors, and timesheets
- Maintaining accurate cash and bank transactions ensuring all reconciliations are done accurately every month
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare accurate reports for management
- Work closely with management team to monitor cash flow and make payments to suppliers
- Assist audit and VAT preparation
- Dealing with staff contracts and salary negotiations
- Organising staff work permits when applicable
- Dealing with insurance and other service agreements
- Making budgets and working on price build ups and costings
Requirements
We're seeking a Finance Manager with:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an in-house accounting team
- ACCA qualification
- Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation
- Strong numeracy and analytical capabilities
- Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills.
- The ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Ideally, a background in retail or hospitality
- Experience with "Big 4" firms is a distinct advantage
