As the Company continues to expand, we're on the lookout for an exceptional Finance Manager to complement its team.


Responsibilities

As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our success by:

• Responsible for the day-to-day duties related to the accounts department working closing with the Company's bookkeeper.
• Managing all bookkeeping transactions including reconciling and processing orders, invoices, receipts, bank statements, debtors, and timesheets
• Maintaining accurate cash and bank transactions ensuring all reconciliations are done accurately every month
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare accurate reports for management
• Work closely with management team to monitor cash flow and make payments to suppliers
• Assist audit and VAT preparation
• Dealing with staff contracts and salary negotiations
• Organising staff work permits when applicable
• Dealing with insurance and other service agreements
• Making budgets and working on price build ups and costings

Requirements

We're seeking a Finance Manager with:

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an in-house accounting team
• ACCA qualification
• Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation
• Strong numeracy and analytical capabilities
• Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills.
• The ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Ideally, a background in retail or hospitality
• Experience with "Big 4" firms is a distinct advantage
