Your main responsibility will involve assisting in the preparation and presentation of food across all hotel's dining establishments, always upholding the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute precise preparation techniques and follow recipes meticulously, ensuring consistency across all menu items.
  • Manage inventory orders, masterful mise en place, proper stock rotation, and portion controls to optimize efficiency.
  • Uphold impeccable cleanliness and organization standards across kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Contribute to the growth of Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs by offering guidance and support.
  • Minimize food wastage while maintaining uncompromised quality, adjusting mise en place to meet service demands seamlessly.
