Your main responsibility will involve assisting in the preparation and presentation of food across all hotel's dining establishments, always upholding the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute precise preparation techniques and follow recipes meticulously, ensuring consistency across all menu items.
- Manage inventory orders, masterful mise en place, proper stock rotation, and portion controls to optimize efficiency.
- Uphold impeccable cleanliness and organization standards across kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Contribute to the growth of Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs by offering guidance and support.
- Minimize food wastage while maintaining uncompromised quality, adjusting mise en place to meet service demands seamlessly.
- Implement meticulous labeling, dating, and rotation practices for all purchased and prepared foods, ensuring legal and hygienic compliance.
