We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join Italian Bistro located in Attard. If you have a passion for Italian cuisine and a strong background as a Sous Chef, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook Italian dishes to perfection, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.


  • Previous experience in Italian cuisine and as a Sous Chef is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
