Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Operation Manager to join the team ceramics production company with two thriving shops located in Attard, Malta. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, both written and spoken English, and have experience in order fulfilment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our fulfilment processes and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure the timely fulfilment and delivery of all online orders.
• Maintain communication with fulfilment teams in the UK and Malta, as well as couriers, to ensure smooth order processing.
• Collaborate with wholesale and trade customers to manage orders, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery.
• Maintain close communication with production, fulfilment teams in Malta, and couriers to optimize the fulfilment process.
• Liaise with stockists and drop shipping partners to manage all orders.
• Keep product listings on partner sites up-to-date, including new releases.
• Ensure prompt fulfilment and delivery of all orders.
• Track all customer orders and handle inquiries, issues, and complaints.
• Coordinate with fulfilment teams in London and Malta, customs, and couriers to address issues promptly, striving for a smooth customer experience.
• Book, track, and manage import/export shipments to and from the UK, ensuring efficient logistics.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Prior experience in order fulfilment is preferred.
• Proficiency in communication and email management.
• Ability to coordinate with various teams and external partners effectively.
