Job Description:
- Issuing / exchanging / refunding tickets in Amadeus
- Calculating changes / refunds in air tickets
- Cooperating with consolidators
- Adding extra services to air tickets
- Issuing low cost / local carrier tickets
- Issuing insurances
- Handling payment confirmations from customers
- Posting of invoices
- Ad-hoc administration duties
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Good work organization and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in Travel branch will be an asset
- Ability to work at nightshifts
