Our client, private plane charter company forming a part of big group and offering exceptional privacy, high quality & stress-free travel services from A to Z to the customers, is looking for Senior Sales / Operations Executive (flight pricing & quotation) to become a part of sales team based in Malta.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to the flight quotations via Avinode
- Working with sales tools (Leon, Skylegs, etc)
- Approaching the clients, selling the charter flights
- Performing dispatch functions including flight planning to ensure that all flights are dispatched in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Crew controlling responsibilities
- Ground operations management
- Additional ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the management
Profile:
- Education in marketing / economics or related field will be considered as advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep knowledge of the business aviation industry
- Willing to relocate (job is hybrid, Malta-based)
- Experience with the following systems is considered as advantage: Avinode, Leon, PPS, APG, Skylegs, FL3XX
