Requirements:

- Demonstrated creativity in menu planning and recipe development.
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
