Front Office Manager

5* worldwide known hotel, located in St. Julian's, Malta, is seeking to recruit an experienced Front Office Manger to join the Management Team

The role of the Front Office Manager is to oversee and be accountable for the strategy and daily operations of Reception, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Telephone Operator, Nights and Guest Relations functions.
 
The Front Office Manager will be responsible to ensure a consistent quality of customer service in accordance with high Hotel's Standards and to provide leadership and direction to the team.

  • person with excellent communications skills
The ideal candidate would have previous experience at the Front Desk at a managerial level (minimum 5 years) preferably in a 5* star hotel.

An educational background in the field of hospitality will be considered an asset.

Fluency of written and spoken English is a must; however fluency in Maltese, French, and Italian will be of benefit.
