Julian Perigo

CEO

Julian manages the Boston Link group as well as Link Talent brand. After graduating in Economics from University of Leeds, Julian started his career in recruitment with Michael Page in London. He transferred to their Sydney office in 2006 before moving back to London in 2009 as Director of the Offshore division covering Malta, Gibraltar, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Julian founded Boston Link in 2014 and has grown the company to be a leading specialist markets recruitment business.​

Elona Habili

Talent Partner

Elona works at Link Talent as a Talent Partner, where she focuses on sourcing and placing top-tier professionals, while also supporting client relationships across a variety of sectors.

Originally from Albania and raised in Italy, Elona relocated to Malta to pursue her career in recruitment. She holds a Master’s degree in Foreign Languages and is passionate about learning new languages and engaging with diverse cultures. Her international recruitment experience spans the Medical, Pharmaceutical, Aviation, Automotive, and Finance industries.

Outside of work, Elona enjoys travelling, hiking, and staying active. She’s an avid podcast listener and values quality time with her family, often visiting them in Italy whenever possible.

Oxana Babkova-Esterkina

Consultant

Oxana is a Consultant at Link Talent, where she is responsible for client relations and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. She has a proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent and building high-performing, cohesive teams that consistently achieve their goals.

Known for her innovation, creativity, critical thinking, and strong sense of accountability, Oxana excels at solving complex challenges and delivering impactful results for her clients.

She specializes in executive search and talent acquisition across FMCG, retail, construction, real estate, pharma, and logistics industry sectors.

Her expertise spans a wide range of functional areas, including marketing, sales, logistics, procurement, and production.

Oxana holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Management. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, going to the gym, and traveling.

Lourens Pahud de Mortanges

Managing Director - Malta & The Netherlands

Lourens is a Managing Director for Malta and Netherlands. Before relocating to Malta he worked as an Online Marketing Advisor at a Digital Marketing Agency. In 2011 he started his own Recruitment company based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. In 2013 he decided to move to Malta to further his career and enjoy the sun. He has since worked in iGaming for over four years managing different roles. He now goes back and forth between our Rotterdam and Malta offices. 

When not in the office, Lourens likes to spend time in the gym, leading our lunchtime gym sessions and traveling the world with his family.

Tom Crampton

Director - Financial Services

Tom is the Director of the Financial Services division at Boston Link, Link Talent's sister company.

Prior to Boston Link, Tom has provided hands-on support to companies in the legal industry, not only in headhunting and search but he has also built an extensive network and other talent management-related capacities as Divisional Director - working in the financial services, compliance, and trust professional landscape in Manchester, London, Leeds, and then in the Cayman Islands. 

Tom is a qualified solicitor, where he previously held various roles and projects. He holds a bachelor's degree in Law with French from the University of Leeds.

Consultant - IT

Kristoffer is a Consultant at Boston Link, specialising in IT roles across various industry sectors. With a rich background spanning recruitment, entrepreneurship, business development, and operational leadership, Kristoffer brings over a decade of experience across Sweden and Malta.

Maria Lara Micallef

CFO

As CFO at Boston Link, Maria oversees the finance function for our group. Maria commenced her career with PWC in Malta and she has worked extensively overseas, both in PWC secondments and as a group senior accountant in Sydney, Australia for a global financial services firm. 

Whilst she's not in the office, Maria is busy spending time with her two-year-old boy, family, and friends and loves to keep up with her yoga practice.

Irena Rostkowski

Business Support Manager

Irena is our Business Support Manager, overseeing the daily operations of our offices in Malta, the UK, the Netherlands, and Cyprus. She plays a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly across locations. Before joining Boston Link, Irena built a strong foundation in Front Office and HR Administration through her experience with leading clothing retailers in Malta. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Work & HR from the University of Malta.

Outside of work, Irena enjoys exploring nature, traveling, staying active through sports, and spending quality time with her family & furry babies.
