We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Flight Care Specialist to ensure an exceptional client experience before, during, and after flights.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Flight Care Specialist to ensure an exceptional client experience before, during, and after flights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage flight requests and provide proactive client communication before, during, and after flights
- Keep clients updated on flight status, operational changes, and any restrictions, offering suitable solutions when needed
- Arrange additional services such as ground transport, helicopter transfers, and sub-charter services
- Ensure all client requirements are handled efficiently with a high level of service and attention to detail
- Coordinate closely with Flight Operations, Safety, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth flight execution
- Support the preparation and tracking of flight documentation, permits, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with aviation standards and internal procedures at all times
- Experience in aviation, flight operations, or client service roles
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to support high-profile clients professionally
- Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and solve problems effectively
- Knowledge of aviation processes and documentation is an advantage
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Flexibility to provide after-hours support when required
