Flight Operations Officer

We are looking for a Flight Operations Officer to join a dynamic team based in Malta, supporting the global dispatch of business jets in a fast-paced 24/7 operational environment.
The role involves flight planning, operational coordination, and monitoring of worldwide operations, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities include preparing flight plans (IFR/VFR and long-range operations), arranging overflight and landing permits, coordinating ground handling and fuel, monitoring weather and NOTAMs, managing passenger and crew documentation, and supporting operational decision-making.
  
Requirements

• Previous experience in flight dispatch or flight operations (private or commercial aviation).
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and flight planning procedures.
• Experience with flight planning software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• EU work and residence permit required.
