About the Role
On behalf of our well-known aviation client, we are seeking for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to ensure an exceptional customer experience while driving account growth.
  

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of key clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored, value-added solutions
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high service standards
  • Oversee client schedules and operational requirements, ensuring smooth execution
  • Monitor operational and administrative matters across relevant departments
  • Drive continuous improvements in efficiency while maintaining service quality
 
Requirements

  • Experience in business aviation
  • Experience in dispatch, maintenance, or finance is an advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship management skill
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Fluent English is essential
