Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of key clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored, value-added solutions
- Identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high service standards
- Oversee client schedules and operational requirements, ensuring smooth execution
- Monitor operational and administrative matters across relevant departments
- Drive continuous improvements in efficiency while maintaining service quality
Requirements
- Experience in business aviation
- Experience in dispatch, maintenance, or finance is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship management skill
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Fluent English is essential
