Join an international manufacturing company in a hands-on technical role supporting innovative automated dispensing machines.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide front-line technical support and resolve Tier 1 tickets
- Diagnose faults and carry out electrical and mechanical repairs
- Manage warranty claims and RMA processes
- Coordinate spare-parts inventory and availability
- Follow documented procedures and established escalation paths
- Use technical documentation and diagnostic tools provided by the engineering team
Requirements:
- Technical background in mechatronics, electromechanics or a related field
- Hands-on electrical and mechanical repair skills
- Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN protocols
- Scripting knowledge in Bash, PowerShell or Python
- Familiarity with sensors, actuators, embedded systems and software integration would be an advantage
- Experience with appliances, industrial equipment or beverage-dispensing systems is considered an asset
