Compliance Monitoring Manager (NP Part CAMO)

Our cleint is a growing international air cargo operator, part of a alobal aviation group (3 AOCs) providing air freight, MRO, leasing, and ground handling services. The company operates a modern fleet and is committed to operational excellence and regulatory compliance across its global network.

We’re seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager (Nominated Person - Part CAMO) with a strong understanding of aviation compliance, CAMO operations, and audit oversight.

In this role, you will lead the Compliance Monitoring System (CMS) to ensure that all airworthiness management activities meet regulatory and internal quality standards.

This position is ideal for a highly structured, experienced auditor or compliance lead who can operate independently and communicate confidently with both internal stakeholders and external regulators.

  • Reports to: Accountable Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish, implement, and maintain a robust Compliance Monitoring System that aligns with aviation regulations and internal company standards
  • Monitor all activities under CAMO to ensure full compliance with applicable regulations and procedures
  • Oversee the audit plan, ensuring it is implemented, maintained, and reviewed regularly
  • Coordinate and supervise internal audits and ensure timely corrective actions are taken
  • Report regularly to the Accountable Manager on the status of compliance, non-conformities, and ongoing improvements
  • Liaise with civil aviation authorities and other regulatory bodies on compliance matters and approvals
  • Maintain all compliance monitoring documentation and ensure consistent audit traceability
  • Work closely with the Safety Manager to administer the Safety and Compliance Review Board
  • Monitor contracted maintenance activities and ensure they are aligned with agreed standards
  • Ensure that all Continuing Airworthiness tasks are carried out in accordance with approved procedures
  • Propose best-practice recommendations to Nominated Persons and operational leaders

What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in aviation, particularly in Maintenance Engineering or Compliance Monitoring
  • Completed formal Internal or Lead Auditor training
  • Strong working knowledge of EASA regulations, CAMO procedures, and compliance systems
  • Solid background in audit planning, execution, and reporting
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Skilled in report writing, stakeholder communication, and regulatory correspondence
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and independent with strong managerial and decision-making skills
