Shift Leader II

Our client is a global generic pharmaceutical company that specialises in the development and manufacture of both APIs (45) and FDFs(20). Their solid dosage form Malta site (EU GMP, US FDA & ANVISA approved) is expanding, and they are seeking motivated and capable individuals to join their growing team.
 
The Shift Leader II will be responsible for assisting the Shift Leader I in
supervising the ongoing production in the FDF unit. S/he will also beresponsible
for the correct handling of shifts when Shift Leader I is not on site.
Furthermore s/he will be responsible for maintaining the required standards of quality, health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.
 
Requirements:

• An O ’Level standard of education (preferably technical/ scientific).
• Working on a rotational shift basis.
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in using basic Microsoft programs such as word and excel.
• Self- motivated and have excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks to maintain deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Confident and pro-active in carrying out one’s duties.
• Extremely organised.

 
Package:

• Salary: €24,000-27,000 + Shift Allowance with annual salary review at end of each year
• Annual Performance bonus at a maximum of 5% of annual gross salary
