Our client, a global air cargo conglomerate, is seeking an experienced CAMO Manager who will also act as Nominated Post Holder for Airworthiness.
This role is critical in ensuring the continued airworthiness of the company's aircraft fleet and compliance with EASA and CAA regulations. The position also includes oversight as Technical Director for the company's leasing arm.

Reports to: Accountable Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Continuing Airworthiness department
- Oversee implementation and compliance of the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP)
- Ensure rectification of defects and airworthiness directives on time and to standard
- Maintain validity of Certificates of Airworthiness
- Manage relationships with maintenance providers (Part-145), suppliers, and authorities
- Supervise and develop technical staff competence
- Oversee and update the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME)
- Handle technical recordkeeping, MEL compliance, and audit preparation
- Report occurrences and ensure conformity with CAA and EASA requirements
- Serve as Technical Director for Challenge Aviation, supporting leasing operations
Requirements:
- Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Avionic Engineering or equivalent technician qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 in a similar role in the aviation industry
- Strong knowledge of EASA continuing airworthiness regulations and operational requirements
- Experience managing CAMO or quality systems in an airline or aviation maintenance organization
- Effective communicator, fluent in English, with strong leadership and organizational skills
- Familiar with operational manuals, AOC compliance, and safety management systems
- Computer literate with strong planning and problem-solving abilities
