Our client is the biggest business aviation company in France with their own MRO operating a diverse fleet of 38 aircraft designed to cover everything from short European hops to long-range executive missions, with a strong focus on speed, safety, and comfort.
The company has three branches globally and now is expanding to Malta.
We are currentrly on a lookout for a seasoned aviation professional - Director of Operations (NPGO) - with the experience in Business Aviation and/or Special Missions / Air Ambulance for a newly established Maltese AOC.
Main responsibilities:
The NPGO for the Maltese AOC will be based in Malta and might be required to travel to both Tunisia and France occasionally.

- Ensure safe and compliant flight operations
- Lead OCC, Dispatch & Crew Control
- Global vision / timeline
- Drive continuous operational improvement
- Significant experience in the operations management (ideally - with NPGO experience already)
- Strong knowledge of EASA regulations
- Leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to solve operational issues in timely and professional manner
The NPGO for the Maltese AOC will be based in Malta and might be required to travel to both Tunisia and France occasionally.
