We are looking for Crew Control Officers to support roster planning and day-to-day crew scheduling for business aviation operations. This role is key to ensuring compliant crew coverage, managing changes, and resolving scheduling disruptions that impact operations.


Responsibilities

Plan and maintain long-term crew rosters in line with operational requirements
Manage paid vacation planning
Build and update short-term schedules to ensure aircraft coverage and operational readiness
Monitor and manage issues affecting operations (disruptions, crew availability changes, last-minute amendments)
Ensure ongoing compliance with FTL (Flight Time Limitations) or equivalent regulations
Liaise with internal stakeholders (operations, flight crew, management) to communicate roster updates and resolve conflicts

Requirements

Ideally, 2 years of experience in crew control / crew planning (aviation)
Strong, practical expertise in FTL regulations
Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-moving operational environment
High attention to detail, strong accountability, and clear communication skills
Fluent English (written and spoken); French is a plus
