Overview
On behalf of a leading aviation company, we are recruiting a Revenue Management Team Lead responsible for maximizing revenue and yield through demand forecasting, capacity management, pricing oversight, and commercial alignment. Acts as a key link between Network Planning, Pricing, Sales, and Business Development, ensuring decisions support strategic and financial goals. Combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement revenue management strategy across markets and segments
  • Drive yield optimization through demand and capacity management
  • Lead demand forecasting and capacity allocation
  • Oversee pricing structures, governance, and key commercial decisions
  • Support Sales and Business Development with pricing and allocation strategies
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and data-driven decision making
  • Lead and develop the Revenue Management team and improve processes
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Senior experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Commercial Strategy (air cargo preferred)
  • Proven leadership and strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of network economics and yield optimization
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluent English, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure
