On behalf of our Pharmaceutical client, we are seeking a Senior Finance Executive to support daily financial operations, reporting, and accounting processes in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping transactions and maintain debtor/creditor ledgers
- Process payments and monitor bank receipts
- Assist with reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and trial balance preparation
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Maintain financial records and fixed asset register
- Support VAT returns, audits, and ad-hoc finance duties
- Assist with finance-related IT initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or ACCA qualification
- 2–5 years’ experience in finance/accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliations
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
