Ship To Ship Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive STS Operations Coordinator to join our team. The role involves coordinating and supporting Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer operations, ensuring effective communication between vessels, agents, service providers, and internal teams while maintaining high operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily STS operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Liaise with vessel operators, masters, agents, and service providers regarding schedules and operational needs.
• Prepare and manage operational documentation, including checklists, plans, risk assessments, and pre-arrival documents.
• Maintain and update operational records, certificates, and vessel documentation.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of STS equipment such as fenders and hoses.
• Monitor weather conditions, vessel movements, and operational constraints.
• Support compliance with industry guidelines, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Assist with logistics planning, manpower allocation, and equipment readiness.
• Maintain communication with offshore teams and provide operational support during STS activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in the maritime, marine services, or shipping/logistics industry is preferred, ideally with exposure to STS operations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Maritime background or relevant operational experience is considered an advantage.
