Overall Purpose
On behalf of an international well-established client, we are seeking an Office Assistant who will provide administrative, reception, logistical, and general office support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role assists multiple departments with office administration, document handling, supplier coordination, reception duties, procurement, and operational support.

On behalf of an international well-established client, we are seeking an Office Assistant who will provide administrative, reception, logistical, and general office support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role assists multiple departments with office administration, document handling, supplier coordination, reception duties, procurement, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide office administration support, including filing, scanning, printing, and document management.
- Manage reception duties, welcome visitors, handle calls, messages, mail, and deliveries.
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, purchases, and supplier communications.
- Support accommodation-related activities, including inspections, preparation, and coordination with service providers.
- Assist with transportation arrangements, airport pickups, and logistical support for visitors and guests.
- Help organize meetings, training sessions, workshops, and events.
- Carry out operational errands and provide practical support to day-to-day activities.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and efficient office environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, reception, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Valid Maltese driving licence; access to a vehicle is an advantage.
- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle operational tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
- Experience in accommodation, hospitality, or student services is beneficial.
