Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and external partners
- Review and assess appraisal reports, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded
- Monitor and manage a busy shared mailbox, delegating enquiries as appropriate
- Plan, organize, and coordinate training courses and related activities
- Provide general administrative support to the department
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Department Manager
Requirements
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Capable of working independently and effectively managing multiple priorities
- Ability to multitask while maintaining an organized approach to workload management
- Comfortable handling urgent and time-sensitive matters when required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Previous experience within the maritime industry, recruitment sector, or seafaring environment will be considered an asse
